If you have a company or personal profile on Facebook, beginning tonight at midnight you can register a personalized url for your Facebook pages.

The names are going to be given out on a first-come first-served basis. Those who have not had a registered page before 3:00pm today may face a delay in being allowed to register a new name to protect Facebook from name squatting.

I'm surprised they're not charging at least a nominal fee for this service as a way to monetize the success of the site. And other than being first-come, first-served, I don't see how Facebook is going to handle disputes over coveted usernames. This could get ugly for awhile.

Anyway, don't forget to register a tasty username tonight before it's taken!
