After the IDEA has been created, designed, tested and produced, you are ready to roll it out to the masses and be swamped with orders.

You'll want to have systems in place to handle the processing and fulfillment of the orders. Also, you should develop a system to turn first-time customers into repeat customers. You have opportunities to get additional sales:

• when the product is ordered
• before it is delivered
• when it is delivered
• and after the product has been used for a while.

If you've created real value for your customers and communicated it to them so they truly understand, you now watch the orders roll in!
